Module 1: Impressionism and Fauvism
The act of making art is one of humanity's most unceasing activities. Let kids discover the influences of both past and present movements in the style of impressionism and fauvism. They start off by exploring landscapes using oil pastel!
Module 2: Pop Art and Surrealism
In this module, kids continue learning how artists see themselves and the art worlds. They will track down the techniques in creating surreal compositions and turning mundane objects into imagery called Pop Art!
Module 3: Cubism and Op Art (Optical Art)
Reduce your artwork to geometric shapes, cubes, broken forms, and pulsing patterns! In order to explore Cubism, divide items and figures into distinct regions and provide a new perspective. In OP Art, generate impressions of movement and optical illusion to enjoy a perceptual experience. Learn how to manipulate forms, patterns, and colors in a systematic and precise manner with these two abstract-inspired movements!
Module 4: Realism and Abstraction
To depict an image faithfully or to abstract? Compare and contrast the visual impact of Realism and Abstraction. Use colored pencils to draw cropped portraits naturally and create a sense of purity and simplicity in the style of Wassily Kandinsky!
