Envision Art Camp
Let your imagination take form in our class. This module provides children with exercises to stimulate creative thinking and develop resourcefulness through artistic prompts and media manipulation such as art on cracks, mandala forms, clay portrait, inventive pigments and paper collage. It also gives a foundation for learning basic art concepts, movements and different artists. When we operate day in and day out in the same environment, we often fall into the pattern of looking but not seeing. Learn to see ordinary objects in a new way--think out of the box and appreciate art in your everyday life.
This theme-based and structured art course is divided into 5 modules. One module has 10 sessions and runs for 1 hour and 10 minutes each time. We have classes for 6 years old and up, also for 4 to 5 years old.

Module 1: Drawing Prompts
Geared towards anyone specially younger kids who would like to pick up a pencil and just draw. Here, kids are able to practice critical thinking skills by making plans or pictures of what they intend to create and follow based on drawing prompts such as scribble art, art on cracks, name art, and mandala! Module 3: Art Movements
The act of making art is one of humanity's most unceasing activities. Let kids discover the influences of both past and present movements in the style of impression and fauvism. They start off by exploring landscapes using oil pastel! |
Module 2: Tactile and Mixed Media Art
This module develops kids' resourcefulness and imaginativeness through more tactile projects. Materials are varied to further develop knowledge on textures and manipulating media. Let kids train their eyes to observe lines to contour real life objects and to play with lines by making their own hidden pictures! Module 4: Art Movements
In this module, kids continue learning how artists see themselves and the art worlds. They will track down the techniques in creating surreal compositions and turning mundane objects into imagery called Pop Art! |
